• PSYCHOSOCIAL / BEHAVIOR RISK ASSESSMENT APPLIED TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM – COMPANY’S PGR
A major challenge facing organizations is to objectivity psychosocial factors. In order to tangibly them, we perform assessments using questionnaires designed exclusively for this process. Instruments that are based on the reference and methodology proposed by ISTAS 21. Their results allow you to include in your RMP concrete elements for the management of psychosocial risks.
• RISK PERCEPTION
Identifying gaps between the risks technically described in the risk management programs and the ones perceived by workers is crucial. Through this mapping we elaborate plans to gauge the risk perception. In this case, understanding what are the triggers that influence the perception of risk (social, cognitive, psychological and physiological) is extremely important to personalize the intervention. After mapping, we conduct workshops that develop the understanding and analysis of scenarios, the planning and organization of the workplace, as well as the critical skills to perceive and manage the risks identified in each situation. The results reflect on all levels, especially regarding the decision-making and the strengthening of policies and guidelines concepts defended by the organization.
• IMPLEMENTATION AND /IMPROVEMENT OF TOOLS (DDS, observation and behavioral approach, research and analysis of events, consequences of policy, work permit, risk analysis)
A significant part of the companies we visited and attended have already implemented a number of tools such as those cited above, but are not satisfied with their results. In order to improve them, we measure their performance through accompaniments / technical visits and, with lists of personalized checklists and indicators, we present our analysis and an intervention plan.
